1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Microjob360, a micro job platform connecting employers with skilled workers worldwide. By accessing, registering, or using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including employers who post jobs and workers who complete tasks.

2. Description of Service

Microjob360 is an online platform that facilitates micro job transactions between:

• Employers: Users who post jobs, set requirements, and pay workers for completed tasks
• Workers: Users who reserve jobs, complete tasks according to specifications, submit proof of work, and receive payment

Our platform provides job posting, job matching, payment processing, quality control, and related services. We act as an intermediary and payment processor but are not a party to the actual work performed between employers and workers.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Create an account with accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

You may register using email/password, Google OAuth, or Telegram authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Posting (Employers)

When posting a job, you agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and instructions
• Set fair and reasonable payment amounts for completed work
• Have sufficient deposit balance to cover the total campaign cost
• Review and approve or reject job submissions within a reasonable timeframe
• Not post jobs that violate laws, infringe on rights, or contain prohibited content
• Comply with our job moderation and approval process
• Accept that jobs may be rejected by our moderation team if they violate policies

Job postings are subject to review and approval by our moderation team. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. If a job is rejected, you will receive a full refund to your deposit balance.

5. Job Completion (Workers)

When completing jobs, you agree to:

• Reserve jobs only if you can complete them according to specifications
• Complete work accurately, honestly, and in accordance with job requirements
• Submit proof of work that demonstrates completion of the task
• Not submit fraudulent, copied, or low-quality work
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete jobs
• Not share job details or instructions with others
• Complete work within the specified deadline
• Accept that submissions may be rejected if they do not meet quality standards

After 5 job submissions, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to continue submitting work. Workers must provide valid identification documents for verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent further job submissions.

6. Payments and Financial Terms

6.1 Deposits

• Employers must maintain a deposit balance to post jobs
• Deposits can be made through supported payment methods (USD, INR, BDT)
• Deposit bonuses may be offered at our discretion and are subject to terms
• Deposits are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances
• All deposits are processed securely through third-party payment gateways

6.2 Earnings and Withdrawals

• Workers earn money when their job submissions are approved
• Earnings are credited to your earning balance
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and may require KYC approval
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to fees as disclosed at the time of request
• Withdrawals may require Telegram 2FA verification if enabled
• We reserve the right to review and approve or reject withdrawal requests
• Rejected withdrawals will be refunded to your earning balance

6.3 Transaction Fees

• Platform service fees may apply to certain transactions
• Payment processing fees may be charged by third-party payment providers
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before processing
• All fees are non-refundable unless the transaction is cancelled due to our error

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Post jobs or submit work that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Impersonate any person, entity, or company
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or emulators to complete jobs
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits or policies
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake submissions or payment fraud
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or functionality
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post jobs that require illegal activities or violate third-party terms of service
• Submit work that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or feedback systems

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post or submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.

Platform Content: All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Microjob360 or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post or submit. You represent that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our policies
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to maintain account security
• We suspect unauthorized access or account compromise
• You fail to comply with KYC verification requirements
• You repeatedly submit low-quality or fraudulent work
• You abuse our platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. We may delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements. Outstanding balances may be held pending resolution of any disputes or investigations.

10. Disputes and Resolution

Job Disputes: Disputes between employers and workers regarding job completion, quality, or payment should be resolved through our platform's review and approval system. Our moderation team may assist in resolving disputes at our discretion.

Platform Disputes: If you have a dispute with Microjob360 regarding our services, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes promptly.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microjob360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our platform.

11. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn bonuses by referring new users:

• You may share your unique referral code with others
• Referral bonuses are awarded when referred users sign up, deposit, or complete certain actions
• Referral bonuses are subject to our referral program terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Fraudulent referral activity, including self-referrals or fake accounts, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to review and adjust referral bonuses if fraud is detected

12. KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required:

• After submitting 5 job proofs (for workers)
• Before processing certain withdrawal requests
• When requested by our compliance team

You must provide accurate identification documents and information. False or fraudulent KYC submissions will result in immediate account termination. KYC information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

13. Security and Fraud Prevention

We employ various security measures to protect our platform and users:

• Device fingerprinting and IP tracking to detect suspicious activity
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Telegram for sensitive operations
• Automated fraud detection systems
• Account monitoring and activity logging
• Emulator and bot detection

You agree to cooperate with our security measures and not attempt to circumvent them. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our platform at any time, with or without notice. We may update features, change policies, or modify functionality. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our platform and may close your account.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Microjob360 operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Microjob360 regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
